Staging Split By offering to meet your clients half-way with their Staging costs, you will be perceived as a dedicated professional and will benefit from the quick turn-around time that selling a Staged home can bring.

Cameo will visit the home to determine the cost involved for one of our Home Staging services. The Realtor will then meet with Cameo to determine which service will be offered. Cameo will then make arrangements to complete the selected Home Staging service. All services will be performed prior to or in coordination with an open-house or other promotional event.

Home Design Deal-Closer With all the competition for business, offering your client a free Home Design service from Cameo is a great way to set yourself apart from the crowd! This service can be offered to your seller or buyer for when they move into their new home.

Cameo will meet with the Realtor to pre-determine which Home Design service will be offered and then make arrangements to perform the selected service at your clients new home.

Having the benefit of a professional Home Stager to set up their new space will relieve some stress and may make the difference between which Realtor they choose to represent them.

Re-location Staging Whether a client is transferring to the area with or without furniture, Cameo will help them feel right at home! This service can be offered or recommended by the Realtor and is for the entire home only.

Working with the Realtor, we will gather basic information about the client and coordinate the rental, purchase or blending of existing furniture to make an attractive, welcoming and functional space that is move-in ready!
