Full Staging This service is for the Homeowner who wants Cameo to manage all aspects of the Staging process for the entire home. It may address interior spaces, outdoor living areas and curb appeal.
We will do an initial walk-thru of your home, take detailed pictures and communicate our ideas. Once the Staging Agreement is signed, the Staging process can begin. If a future Open House is planned, Cameo will perform a quick review on that day to certify that your home still meets the criteria for a Staged house. An official "Staged Home" sign will also be posted on your property.
The Staging process may include packing/organizing, de-cluttering, furniture layout, light painting projects, small repairs, picture hanging, accessorizing and light gardening projects.

Partial Staging This service works exactly like the above Full Staging service but can include just one room/space or select rooms/spaces. Cameo offers this option for Homeowners who want to focus on areas that would make the largest impact or for those with budget concerns. Homeowners can also use the Partial Staging service to highlight a feature unique to their home so they stand out from the competition (such as a finished basement, bonus room, or patio area).

Staging Report This service is for the hands-on Homeowner who has the time to complete the Staging work themselves but still needs advice and guidance from a professional Home Stager. This service may include the entire home or a minimum of 3 rooms/spaces.
We will take detailed pictures of your home and produce a report broken down by room listing each task and how to complete it. The report will include a picture of the room directly on the page for reference. The Staging Report will be approximately 6-30 pages long depending on the amount of rooms/spaces involved.
Cameo can be contacted for further explanation and guidance at any time if questions arise during the Homeowners Staging process.

**The "Quick Fix" List This basic service priced at a flat fee of $120.00 is for the Homeowner who wants a customized starting point as they explore the benefits of Home Staging.
Cameo will take pictures of the home and produce a 1-2 page list highlighting the top 10 Staging priorities for the entire home. With the priorities customized to your specific home, The "Quick Fix" List can act as a Staging compass and point you in the right direction as you start your selling process.
**If additional future services are added for the same property, the $100.00 fee will be deducted from the new total as a courtesy.

Cyber Staging This service is for customers living outside of our service area who still wish to have Cameo assist with the Staging process for their home. This service may include the entire home or a minimum of three rooms.
Pictures or video of the home will be sent to Cameo by the Homeowner via mail or computer with phone communication following for clarification of the layout and basic house statistics. After all photos, information and payment is received, Cameo will send a Staging Report (please see above) via express mail to the Homeowner.
