Cameo Free-Style For the Homeowner who wants a semi-new and fun look for their current or newly purchased home without spending any money for new furnishings. This service is available for the entire home or as little as one room and may include interiors and exteriors.
Cameo will meet with the Homeowner to review style preferences, current furniture and accessories layout and determine which pieces will stay in the new design layout, which will be re-located and the availability of other items throughout the home or from storage. Any pieces the Homeowner would like incorporated into the new layout must be present in the home the day the service is started.
On the chosen date, Cameo will come to the home and start the Free-Style service by re-designing, re-using and re-purposing items from the Homeowner's existing furniture and accessories. No new purchases will be added. This service includes all accessories installations (curtains, artwork, etc;), and furniture layout.

Style Report For Homeowners who are planning to update the look of their home on their own and just need guidance on low or no-cost style ideas from a professional Home Stager. This service is available for the entire home or a three room minimum and may include interiors and exteriors.
Cameo will meet with the Homeowner to determine their style goals and then proceed to take pictures of the home. Cameo will then produce a customized Style Report with color photos of the room on each page and a detailed guide on how to achieve the desired low-cost look. The Style Report may include direction for furniture layout, accessories placement, retail purchase suggestions, paint colors and tips on organizing, de-cluttering and storage.

The Talk-Through For the Homeowners who are in the beginning stages of re-designing their home and would like advice on no or low-cost ideas from a professional Home Stager. This service is for the entire home only.
Together with the Homeowner, Cameo will walk through the home and discuss low or no-cost style, layout, color and design ideas based on the homeowner goals for the re-design. No paperwork will be exchanged in this service but the Homeowner can take notes and contact Cameo if further questions arise.
**If future services are added for the same property, a portion of this fee will be deducted from the new total as a courtesy.
