Staging Management Cameo will manage all aspects of the Staging process from start to finish including the coordination, selection and layout of all furniture and accessories. This service can be for the entire property or a minimum of three rooms/spaces.
The Developer has the option to rent or purchase furniture and accessories based on their budget. All purchased furniture and accessories will be owned by the Developer upon completion of Staging project. Accessories installation includes window treatments, artwork, bed linens, table linens, bathroom decor and all other enhancements.
The Staged Home sign will be posted on the property during and after Staging project is completed to reinforce marketing campaigns, generate interest and officially certify your property as a Staged HomeŽ.

Staging and Accessorizing For Developers who are re-using existing furniture or intend to purchase furniture on their own and would like Cameo to complete the furniture layout and accessorizing only. This service is for the entire property or a minimum of three rooms/spaces.
Cameo will come to the property on the day furniture is to be delivered to direct initial placement.
Once furniture is in place, the accessorizing will start with either rented pieces or new purchases.
As with the Staging Management service above, all new purchases will be owned by the Developer upon completion of Staging project.
The Staged Home sign will also be posted on the property certifying it as a Staged HomeŽ.

Staging Summary For the Developer who would like Cameo to provide professional guidance and Staging recommendations in the form of a detailed report but will do the furniture/accessory selection and Staging work themselves. For the entire home or a minimum of three rooms/spaces.
Cameo will visit the existing property and take pictures or work from floor plans and provide a room-by-room detailed guide on how to stage each space. The Summary will include color pictures of suggested furniture styles, layouts, accessory choices and possible paint colors.

**Staging Walk-Through For the Developer looking for a Consultation on how to begin the Staging Process for their property.
Cameo will meet with Developer at the property or work from floor plans and make suggestions as to what furniture and accessory selections would be best suited to their layout. No paperwork will be exchanged with this service but the Developer can contact Cameo if further questions arise.
**If future services are added for the same property, a portion of this fee will be deducted from the new total as a courtesy.

Staging Incentive Program As an incentive to serious potential buyers, you as the Developer/seller can offer them a free Staging service to help sell their current home so they can move into your property.
The Owner/Developer will meet with Cameo to pre-determine which Home Staging service will be performed. Cameo will then meet with the Homeowner and perform the selected service to encourage the sale of their current home.
You will help ease their minds in this uncertain market and be perceived as going that extra mile to help them make a smooth transition!
