Premier Model Set-Up For those who want to create a furnished Model Home that potential buyers/renters can view. Cameo will manage all aspects of the Staging process including the set-up of all furniture, window treatments, bedding and accessories. If not already completed, wall color, flooring/carpeting, permanent fixtures and lighting designs can also be discussed. This service is for the entire unit only.
Once a design budget is agreed upon, Cameo will begin coordinating the purchase or rental of all furniture and accessories and then begin to Stage the unit. All furnishings will belong to the Owner/Developer upon completion of Staging job unless otherwise indicated.

Model Home Enhancement For those who have an existing Model Home with only some rooms/spaces requiring Staging. This service works like the above Premier Model Set-Up but can be for as little as one room/space within the unit.

Model Home Transfer For when your furnished Model Home is sold and you wish for Cameo to transfer the furniture and accessories to another unit.
This service works the same as the above two services except Cameo will re-use the existing inventory within the new unit. A small purchasing budget for new accessories may be necessary if the new unit layout is not identical.

Model Unit Consultation For the Developer looking for a Consultation on how to begin the Model Home Staging process.
Cameo will meet with Owner/Developer at the property or work from floor plans and make suggestions as to what furniture and accessory selections would be best for their particular property. No paperwork will be exchanged with this service but Cameo can be contacted at any time if further questions arise.
If future services are added for the same property, a portion of the consultation fee will be deducted from the new total as a courtesy.

Move-In Incentive Program As an added bonus for a potential customer to rent or purchase a unit from your Development or Complex, you can offer them a free Home Design service from Cameo.
The Owner/Developer will meet with Cameo to pre-determine which Home Design service will be performed. After meeting with the customer and gathering basic information about their lifestyle, Cameo will help design an attractive layout for the new space utilizing the customer's existing furniture and accessories.
This is a great buyer incentive to edge out the competition and close the deal!
